Our BJJ team headed up to the Brighton BJJ Open on Saturday! Gym 01 had 5 competitors coming away with 4 Silver and 3 Gold Medals.
Well done to Meghan, Jordan, Matt, Daniel, and Connor! Our BJJ team is unstoppable at the moment and that is down to the dedication and consistency of our members and coaches. Teamwork really does make the dream work.
Gym 01’s Jack Stickler put on another solid display of MMA on Victory Fights in Brighton as well. Using his tenacity to end up dominating his opponent throughout the bout and finishing his opponent with a Front Kick KO in the 3rd round. Well done Jack!
Manager Emmeline also competed in a K1 match, after 3 back and forth rounds she lost via decision, but put on a solid performance! Win or learn! Ozzy Jatta’s opponent, unfortunately, pulled out last minute, on to the next one!
