by Sep 23, 2020News

Following the latest Government announcement we wanted to re-itterate our current operating guidelines and reassure you there has never been a better time to train.

The latest guidelines allow us to operate group classes still as long as Covid guidelines and procedures are in place. There is no change in what we have been able to do since our re-opening on July 25th.

The health and well being of our members, staff, and coaches are our number one priority. We have introduced new procedures to keep everyone safe, well, and active. We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government, UK Active, and Public Health England carefully.

To help us comply with social distancing guidelines, all members will need to pre-book all of their sessions in advance, including the use of the 24-hour gym. This is so we manage the number of people in the gym at any one time, ensuring compliance with social distancing guidelines and keeping you, your fellow members, and staff safe. You can pre-book your visits easily in the FitSense Member App.

You can book your Gym Slots and Classes up to 2 weeks in advance. Due to the reduced capacity of classes, there will be a strict cancellation policy in place. If you don’t cancel your booking online at least 1 hour before the class starts, you are late or you fail to attend class (No Show), you will lose the face value of your class. Three ‘No Shows’ will result in your booking rights being suspended.

All Free 1 Day Trials need to be booked in advance by calling 02392 177323.
