The gym will close as of 9pm today on the recommendation of the Government.
Currently we will do not have a date to re-open.
In the meantime we are offering free instructional videos which will be updated daily so you can keep your mind and body engaged. Simply head over to our YouTube channel HERE and hit subscribe to be kept up to date.

These are testing times for us all personally, and economically. We fully understand that some people will need to cancel their memberships to support their families, in this instance please e-mail us on admin@gym01.com. We aim to respond to all e-mails within 2 working days currently. For those that can still afford to support the gym we are eternally grateful and will aim to compensate all members in the near future.
Remember that we are not just a gym. We are a community and if there is anything we can do for you please do not hesitate to contact us. We have amazing staff and so many great members at the gym that are prepared to help and assist in the community should the need arise.
