Here are our Opening Times for the Bank Holidays in May!
May 1st – 9 am to 2 pm Open Mat Training Only. No Classes.
May 8th – 9 am to 2 pm Open Mat Training Only. No Classes
May 29th – 9 am to 2 pm Open Mat Training Only. No Classes.
The 24 Hour Gym will be operating as normal. Our open mat sessions are available for all adult members and will either be included if you have the relevant membership, or you can pay as you go.
