We’re going virtual!

Following the recent lockdown measures, we will be closing both gyms on Wednesday the 4th of November at 10 pm. The last slot you are able to book is 9 pm and we kindly ask you to vacate the premises by 9.50 pm.

This is of course devastating news for us as a business and we are truly very grateful for your support. We were on track to start a reimbursement scheme for those that supported us during the last lockdown, in January 2021. Sadly, this has to be pushed back due to the new lockdown measures announced.

Providing we are operating at normal capacities we will be offering a reimbursement scheme to your monthly membership fees from Spring 2021. This is available for those who had an active membership during the first lockdown and/or the second lockdown. We would love to be able to reimburse your memberships in one payment but sadly due to a lack of financial support from the authorities we are unable to fund this.

In order to maintain the incredible work you’ve put in the last few months, we are going virtual over the next 4 weeks with a comprehensive schedule of over 50 Junior and Adult classes which you can book, and watch via your fitsense app.

As you know maintaining a training routine is so important for your body, and brain! When we re-open on December 2nd we want to ensure that you are ready to hit the ground running. In addition, our coaches will be hosting group zoom catch-ups for our members on a weekly basis so you can check-in, catch up, and ask any questions to help with your training. A full schedule of classes and details of the Zoom catch-ups will be e-mailed to you this week.

We really hope that you are still able to support the gym through these very tough times by keeping your direct debit active but do completely understand if you are not able to. In the event that you have a question about any of the above we would ask you to e-mail us at admin@gym01.com but please allow us 2 working days to respond. Regrettably, we are unable to respond to messages on social media at the moment and will be operating restricted opening hours of 9 am until 1 pm, Monday to Friday from this Thursday.

There is no immediate financial support available for businesses and the self employed which is why we have taken the decision again to ensure our coaches do not bare any financial burden from this lockdown. We are only able to do this because of your incredible generosity.
