Our Parent & Ninja Cubs classes are a joyful, high-energy introduction to movement and play for two- to four-year-olds, with a parent or caregiver taking part alongside them. These classes are run by Coach Laura and are specially designed to build coordination, fitness and confidence through playful activities that keep tiny attention spans engaged. Expect music, games, simple movement drills and age-appropriate “ninja” challenges that focus on fun first. Every Sunday 9:15 to 10:00 starting October 12th!
