Gym01 are proud to announce an event we are organising to bring a Sparathon and Rollathon to life to help raise money for The Elizabeth Foundation! Date to be confirmed
The Elizabeth Foundation facilitate early diagnosis for babies and preschool children with all degrees of deafness and provide comprehensive educational and support services for them and their families.

By doing so they enable these children to develop their listening and spoken language skills, as well as build their self-esteem and give parents the confidence and knowledge to make informed decisions on behalf of their child.
This Sparathon/Rollathon will involve the challenge of 100 rounds of sparing or rolling (3 minutes) for 16+ years of age and 50 rounds of sparring or rolling (1 and a half minute) for those aged 4-15 years of age.
The event with involve a number of different martial artists coming together, pushing themselves and testing their limits in the name of raising as much money for The Elizabeth Foundation as possible! Please let us know if you want to get involved!
This event will be open to all ages and abilities (full sparring/rolling kit required – fancy dress encouraged)! Keep an eye out for the date of this event!
We will be setting a target for each individual to raise at least £50, if 100 members take part that is £5000! A great target for this event, But we would love to hope we could raise even more! With your help and generosity all of this could be possible.
If you have time please vote for The Elizabeth Foundation and help them win a grant of £1,000 – and ask friends and family to do the same! Every little helps! It’s quick and easy – you will need their charity number (293835) and should select ‘Disability’ as their charity type.
