Weekly Weight and Sprints Challenge

Introducing our NEW weekly weight and Sprints challenges! ?

Every Friday we will be adding new challenges and exercises! First up is… How fast can you run 1km? Plus how many reps can you complete in 1 minute for Pull ups, Chest press, Lunges and Squats! Write down your name, time, weight lifted or reps and at the end of the week we will post who is top! ?

And to add a little more competitive fun write the team you are apart of (BJJ, Kickboxing, MMA or Boxing)
